Beaverlodge winner takes home $100K on EXTRA!

Leona Roberts is excited to have won big after adding EXTRA to her WESTERN MAX ticket! 

The Beaverlodge winner won $100,000 on EXTRA on the May 21 draw. 

“I gave all my tickets to my husband to check on the Lotto Spot app. He called me over to show me the win,” she explained at her prize claim interview. 

“I am still in shock,” she added. “I’m very happy and surprised. I called my mom and my daughter – they’re thrilled!” 

The Beaverlodge winner said she’s hoping to buy a new truck and is happy to have some extra savings. 

“COVID was hard on us all, so it’ll be nice to have a cushion in the bank!” 

Roberts purchased her WESTERN MAX and EXTRA ticket from the Circle K at 826 1 Avenue in Beaverlodge. She won her prize on the May 21 EXTRA draw by matching the last six digits: 4999101.
