Yellowknife local ready to retire after major POKER LOTTO win!

Robert Kanash is ready to retire, after a major win on POKER LOTTO and ALL IN!

The Yellowknife local won $18,842 on POKER LOTTO and ALL IN on June 29 and said the timing could not be more perfect.

“It’s great because it all happens right in the store,” he said. “It’s instant -- so I instantly saw I had won big!”

“This win is going to bridge the gap for my pension,” he added. “I’m officially retiring next month!”

When Kanash first discovered the win, he simply said, “Oh man! This is perfect!”

The soon-to-be-retiree was asked how it feels to head into his new chapter with a little extra cash in his bank account.

“This is wonderful,” he said. “I’m just happy.”

Kanash purchased his winning POKER LOTTO and ALL IN ticket from Shell Gas Station located at 482 Range Lake Road in Yellowknife on June 29. He won his prize for matching a Straight Flush.
